Intensive massage (30 mins)
This powerful massage is especially good for joint and back problems and is particularly effective against rheumatic illness and tension.

Special massage (30 mins)
After diagnosis by Dr. Perera, local massages are used to target pain areas.

Oil stream head treatment (30 mins)
A fine stream of warm oil flows over your forehead leading to deep mental and spiritual relaxation. This massage improves the ability to concentrate and helps against headaches and insomnia. After the massage, your head is wrapped in a towel and you relax for as long as possible.

Oil, herb and rice massage (30 mins)
Two masseuses massage your body with warm oil before treating you with heated bags of herb rice. This massage is especially good for the circulation, drives toxic substances out of the skin and relaxes the muscles.

Head massage (15 mins)
A relaxing massage of the head and neck with a special oil which improves blood circulation of the scalp, releases nervous tension and promotes hair growth. This head massage also increases resistance to the common cold.

Facial massage (15 mins)
Depending on your skin type, your face is gently massaged with a special oil or cleansing cream. This massage vitalises and smoothens the skin.

Herbal steam bath (15 mins)
Boiled herbs warm your body through in a traditional wooden sauna box from which your head sticks out. The herbal vapours which are absorbed through the skin have a healing effect and toxins are removed as you perspire.

Herbal bath (15 mins)
The fluid from boiled herbs is added to the warm bath. The capillaries open and are cleansed at the same time as the herbs exert their healing effect.

Herb inhalation (15 mins)
You inhale the vapours from a mixture of boiled herbs. This inhalation cleanses the respiratory tracts by releasing mucous deposits from the lungs, nose and frontal sinuses.
