In August 2001, with the support of Doris Fercher, Carl Pruscha and Eva Schlegel, a building on stilts designed by the architect Carl Pruscha was constructed by the lagoon next to Bogenvillya.

Based on a simple modular system using iron, wood and glass, three transparent living units were created which can also be used by owf guests. Each room has its own terrace offering marvellous views of the lagoon, the garden and the animal kingdom.
