"Biogena faces up to its social responsibility and develops close cooperation projects with organisations committed to more social justice, especially in the field of disadvantaged children. Since 2009 the one world foundation has received their main sponsorship."

Margitta and Wolfgang Weber – Pro Juventute Dortmund have again this year made possible the operation of the pre-school classes.
"Education above all, but especially equal opportunities for all children at the beginning of their education are the key to personal and social development all over the world. Our foundation Pro Juventute has been making a contribution since 2001 by supporting pre-school projects in Sri Lanka."

The many years of support from Gerda Themel's Women's Cooperation International (The managing committee women, from left to right, Astrid Walenta, Gerda Themel, Bettina Leidl, Ruth Ehrmann (with Sylvester), Marianne Greber and Brigitte Kopitz; not in the photo: Franziska Tillmanns, Susanne Moser, Sonja Kato and Viktoria Salcher; photo: Viktoria Greber) is, now as ever, an important contribution to the education and training of girls and women.
"Poverty is female - in the rich industrial nations, but particularly in the poor countries in the world. According to experts' estimations more than one billion people live in poverty, 70% of them are women.
We at "Women's Cooperation International" think that "if we are so well-off in the rich countries, why don't we try to give some of it to others...? Why don't we try to strengthen women in the so-called Third World?" The principle is help towards self-help. In Sri Lanka it began in 2004... and it is continuing. In terms of international women's solidarity, for the women in distant countries who are not so well-off.

"We are very proud to be contributing to the excellent work being carried out in the OWF computer and English courses, and helping to improve the local students’ chances on the competitive job market.
Students from the Munich University of Applied Sciences are now participating as volunteer teachers in the OWF’s work, and find this a very valuable experience.
We hope to continue this relationship for many years to come.

"At the end of a fascinating journey through this wonderful country we ended up in paradise - Bogenvillya. The plan to finance a school through paying guests at Bogenvillya had already inspired us from a distance. After visiting the school, with its sensitive realisation and many smiling faces it was clear to us: we want to support it! A small contribution to a great idea."

Julia and Stefan Brodbeck
"We consider that it makes sense and is very important to support other people and pass on a part of one's profit - especially in our world today that is so influenced by egocentric behaviour. The owf is an example of how it can also be otherwise. We have seen this for ourselves and have great respect for people who initiate and set up such projects. We therefore support the owf regularly."
